The accountant/other professional advise keeping control over the client whilst linking in the expertise gained over the period in other transactions.

Our fees are-

1-3% of selling price depending on size of the transaction.

10% of fee paid when potential buyer/seller found to be placed in clients account.

Written legal undertaking for balance to be paid DIRECT to solicitors on day transaction completed.
